Care More Chiropractic is a family practice dedicated to health and wellness through chiropractic care in Roswell since 1990. After serving the community at the same location for 22 years, Care More Chiropractic re-located (just around the corner from the original office) and expanded to better serve our practice members. Care More Chiropractic is currently located at 1580 Holcomb Bridge Road, Suite #20, in Market Center (Home Depot & Office Depot shopping center) in Roswell, Ga.
Introducing Dr. Claire and Dr. Steve Welsh, a husband and wife team and their daughter, Dr. Kristen Welsh.
The Care More Chiropractic team is dedicated to caring for our chiropractic family of patients (from infants to seniors), by restoring true health safely, gently, and effectively with chiropractic care and education. We are committed to educating our patients to maintain their optimal level of health with regular chiropractic care, good nutrition, natural supplements and vitamins.
In addition, Care More Chiropractic doctors have also received special advanced education to treat those who have suffered the effects of an auto accident. In addition, we have advanced training in pediatric care.
Instead of just treating symptoms, as doctors of chiropractic, we are focused on detecting, reducing, and preventing the Vertebral Subluxation Complex. At Care More Chiropractic we strive to keep you healthy by:

While X-rays sometimes provide us with necessary information, the MyoVision Subluxation Scanner allows the Care More Chiropractic doctors to glean information without always having to take x-rays. This tool has the unsurpassed sensitivity and precision to detect even subtle changes in the nervous system. It reads the electrical activity in the para-spinal muscles along the spine and measures muscle imbalances (tension, bracing, or spasm) which results in inflammation and effects function. The MyoVision scan, together with any necessary x-rays and the chiropractic analysis, gives us more in-depth information and access into the nervous system.
The Care More Chiropractic doctors each have received numerous awards and are well respected, both within the chiropractic profession and the community. Dr. Claire, Dr. Steve, and Dr. Kristen each graduated from Life University with honors.
Dr. Claire Welsh was the recipient of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic’s Chiropractor of the Year Award for 2001. Dr. Steve Welsh received the same award in 2006. Dr. Claire and Dr. Steve served on the board of directors and are Past Presidents of the Georgia Council of Chiropractic. Dr. Steve was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Chiropractic Association, and in 2011 was awarded the ICA Chiropractor of the Year. Dr. Steve has received special recognition awards from the ICA and Alumni of the Year Award from Life University. Dr. Claire has been re-elected and continues to represent Georgia Doctors of Chiropractic in the Representative Assembly of the ICA. Both Dr. Claire & Dr. Steve have been honored (elected by the Fellows) as Distinguished Fellows of the ICA. In addition, Dr. Claire was among the first Fellows of Life University.
Dr. Kristen Welsh is an Air Force Academy graduate, and proudly served our country for 10 years. After leaving the Air Force at the rank of captain, Dr. Kristen pursued chiropractic training at Life University where she graduated 3rd in her class. One of the family’s proudest moments was Dr. Kristen’s graduation day, where her dad, Dr. Steve, gave the commencement address and both her parents were asked to join her on stage as she was given her degree. The Welsh family’s chiropractic connection doesn’t stop there… Dr. Kristen’s twin brother is married to a chiropractor who is the 3rd chiropractor in their family.
